6. International processing

Some service providers may process data outside India. Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we will use an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. International users may have additional rights under the law applicable to their location. Subject to applicable law and lawful retention exceptions, you may request access to information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, withdrawal of consent, information about processing, and grievance redressal. GDPR-covered users may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Requests should be sent to inquiry@intelliwiseacademy.com with enough information for us to verify the request.
